St Mary’s Support for Kilkenny Hurlers
There was tremendous excitement in our school yard last Friday as the children at St Mary’s donned the black n amber in anticipation of Sunday’s All-Ireland hurling final.
Best of luck to the team in the replay on September 30th……GO ON THE CATS!!!

Kilkenny’s team are on the road again,
Cody’s men are sure to win,
So let’s give them all a mighty roar
To collect All-Ireland No. 34!
King Henry for medal number 9,
The finest hurler of all time,
Always there rain or shine,
To help the Kats across the line!
With heroes a plenty all over the field,
The mighty Kats are not ones to yield
And will always keep the tempo up,
To win again, the McCarthy Cup!!!
