5th Class Plays, June 2014

On Tuesday 24^th of June, Ms Hogan’s 5^th class put on 4 plays; ‘Celebrity Chickens’, ‘Charlie and the Chocolate Factory’, ‘The Fwog Pwince’ and ‘The Alien’. In ‘Celebrity Chickens’ the chickens were Jake Bambrick, Leeanne Teesdale, Isabel Evans, Edie Maher and Kaylin Shanahan. The green aliens were Liam Treacy and Aoibhe Collins. Everybody love it.

In ‘Charlie and the Chocolate Factory’ the grandparents were Darragh Skehan as ‘Grandpa George’, Megan Butler as ‘Grandma Georgina’, Jack Skehan as ‘Grandpa Joe’ and Sophie O’ Neill as ‘Grandma Josephine’. Myles Forrestal was ‘Charlie’ and Peter MacDonald and Áine Kirwan were acting as ‘Mr and Mrs Bucket’.

In the play ‘The Fwog Pwince’, Senan Forrestal was the frog who couldn’t pronounce his r’s, with Dearbhla O’ Reilly as ‘Petulant.’ The toads were Ryan Malone, Stephen Dunne and Shane Doran. The fairytale voice was Ella Carroll and Olivia Salamon was the narrator.

In ‘The Alien’, the children were úna Donnelly and Lucas Frommann. The mother and father were Jordan Knight and Katie Tylicka, Myles Forrestal was the weird alien from outer space. Everybody loved the shows and thought they were brilliant.
