Today we had our school cake sale. It was a lot of fun!. There were lots of activities and lots of yummy treats to eat. We got to throw water balloons at Hannah Lanigan and we got to ride go-carts around the school roundabout. Sadly, there was no horse-riding this year but there was plenty of good things to make up for it.
Other activities included bike riding, hurling and penalty shoot out. There was delicious popcorn and crepes being made in the kitchen. There was a lot of books and cakes for sale. There was a massive colouring competition and you could buy tickets for a big raffle too. In the raffle you can win many prizes. The winners will be announced next Tuesday. Helen also knitted a teddy that we could guess the name of. There was a very good obstacle course outside and penalty shoot out seemed quite popular. Well done to sixth class for organising another terrific cake sale.
