This year the U12 girls had a great year in soccer. We played ten matches and were undefeated throughout the year. The team players were Clíona, Ellen, Lissey, Áine, Róisín, Dearbhla, Shauna, Maeve, Katie, Caoimhe, Daragh, Sadhbh, Amy, Hannah, Lisa, Annie and Lauren. The team received the league cup and Ellen Molloy was rewarded Player of the Year for Kilkenny. We couldn’t have done it without our outstanding coaches Doc and Berti, with help from Meave Egan.
