All students and staff gathered in the School Hall for the annual Carol Service at St Mary’s on Tuesday. A number of readings were read by students, and these were accompanied by some fabulous singing of carols and recorder recitals under the direction of our Music Generation teacher, Barbra Kelly, and our music teacher, Ms Kenny. Country Cup Champions The boys’ Gaelic football team won the Country Cup football final against Clara before Christmas on a scoreline of 5-6 to 1-4. There will be a used clothes collection in the school in December. However, bags may be dropped in school from Monday October 15th on. The money raised will be spent directly on the children of the school.
M&M theatre company came to our school today and put on a production of “The Railway Children” for 4th to 6th class.
