World Book Day at St. Mary’s NS in Thomastown was a magical adventure filled with fun, creativity, and books! The children arrived dressed as their favourite characters, bringing stories to life in the most wonderful way.
From wizards to superheroes to dinosaurs, the school was bursting with colour and excitement. Each child proudly brought in their favourite book to share with classmates.
The highlight of the day was the World Book Day parade, where children marched around the school showing off their fantastic costumes. There were smiles, laughter, and plenty of cheers!
Throughout the day, the children enjoyed storytelling, creative writing, and drawing their favourite scenes. It was a fantastic celebration of reading!
A big thank you to all the teachers, parents, and children for making it so special.
